old enough to be allowed unfettered
internet access, i was also of the age

to be enamored with sex & i stumbled
on a blog called GirlsLoveSexToo—

& how i did love sex, in theory.
but in theory i was still a girl too.

it’s all complicated. i had no conceit
of my gender yet & i sure didn’t love

sex in practice, mostly with men, but
that’s another conversation. i didn’t

know it, but i could easily love her lips
as they interlocked with mine in soft

& deliberate strokes, & god,
i just think that women.
